Sympathy Flowers by Jenny is a family owned and operated flower shop specializing in the unique needs and service of funeral and sympathy flower design.
We are a real local shop serving Los Angeles California. Your flowers are designed and delivered by us. We are not an out of state order taker that will forward your order to a local shop, after charging you additional fees that a real local florist will not charge you for. If you have ever been charged a service fee and a delivery fee by an 800 shop, you know that this shop will not actually be delivering your flowers.
We deliver to most Los Angeles area Funeral Homes, Mortuaries and Cemeteries. If we cannot deliver your flowers personally, we will give you the phone number of a shop that can.
Sympathy Flowers by Jenny is dedicated to assisting you in picking the most appropriate expression of condolence for a loved one or friend. We encourage you to call us direct if we can be of any assistance in your expression of condolence.

Business Hours
Our shop is open from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 8am until noon on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year for scheduled deliveries.

Delivery Policy
A delivery fee of $9.95 will added for each order.
We always verify service and viewing times and will deliver to the earliest viewing time unless instructed otherwise. If we are unable to verify service time and location with information provided, we will contact sender immediately.

Substitutions and Addional Delivery Information
Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers.  Specific varieties or colors may not always be available, in some cases substitution may be necessary.  It is our policy to always substitute with a higher price container or flower if the pictured item is not available.  Orders must be received a minimum of 4 hours before the scheduled service to insure delivery and to avoid disturbance of services.  All orders are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%.  Sunday delivery is available, but orders must be received before 2pm on Saturday to insure delivery.  We encourage you to call us directly at (800)669-6114 if you have any questions or special requests.
